A little bit about me

I’m originally from Georgia and grew up helping care for my three younger sisters, which gave me a strong sense of responsibility and a natural ability to work with kids. I graduated in May 2025 with a degree in Public Health and competed in collegiate cross country and track, experiences that strengthened my leadership, discipline, and teamwork.
I currently work as a full-time substitute teacher and coach middle and high school cross country and track. These roles have helped me build strong classroom management skills and a passion for mentoring students.
During college, I was a nanny for five years for a family with three boys. I managed daily routines, helped with homework, cooked and cleaned, potty trained their two-year-old, and taught him how to swim. I genuinely enjoy creating a supportive and structured environment where children can grow and thrive.

I worked in Nicaragua for 4 months where I taught English to kids from ages 5 to 14. I also work at American Heritage full time where I full time sub and coach Cross Country and Track.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My passion for caring for children has extended beyond nannying. I lived in Nicaragua, where I taught English to children five days a week. I didn’t just teach in the classroom I spent time bonding with the kids, visiting their homes, and building meaningful relationships with their families. That experience deepened my understanding of how powerful connection is in a child’s life.
I also spent a summer living in Thailand, where I volunteered at a women’s shelter. While the mothers worked, I spent time with their children so they would feel seen, cared for, and valued. That experience reinforced what I have always believed that every child deserves consistent love and attention, no matter their circumstances.
Children bring so much joy and light into the world. Being able to love, guide, and support them as they grow is something I truly cherish. Caring for kids isn’t just a job to me it’s something I feel called to do.
