I worked for a children’s theatre program in Quincy, MA for two consecutive summers. I have experience working for both the youth program (ages 6-12) and the teen program.
I spent summer 2020 as an art instructor at Camp Walden, a sleepaway camp upstate for campers ages 6-16.

I love doing anything creative with children— painting, making music, cooking, baking— anything that lets us spend time talking and making something together is so fun. I also love being outside, and enjoy taking the kids out for walks to the park, or out to look at trees and flowers.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I think the most important aspect about being a nanny— or any childcare worker— is to listen to and validate the experiences of children. I want to develop relationships where I act as a caregiver and an authoritative figure for the children I watch, but also someone who is regarded as a trustworthy friend.
