I am a mom of two! My oldest is 3years old. I was a night time babysitter throughout high school as well.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Is the impact I will make in that child/ those children. My job is to care for them and love them. For me, I would personally want a nanny would could care for my children like family. That is the most important thing I believe as a nanny. That I love and treat them like my own.

My experience with special needs children...

I actually have a brother with Autism and my other brother has ADHD. I am very understanding of multiple special need situations and the special care required for each individual child.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My little guy, Legend, that I was keeping used to call me Mama when he was with me. So if he got mad at me or I wasn’t doing something fast enough he would go “Mama mama mama mama!” In the most upset tone. It was hard to not laugh.
