I have cared for all of my younger cousins while they were growing up as well as having daycare experience, when working at the daycare i mainly worked with 2-3 year olds but worked in other classrooms as well where the age groups were different.

For indoor activities I love doing crafts or reading to children. For outside play I love to run around with them or playing ring around the rosie (the kids at the daycare loved doing this)

To be able to provide excellent care and support them as their parents do. I think being considerate and patient is so important and can go a long way with children. As children it’s normal to feel sad when mom and dad are busy having to work or just getting some time alone I think it’s important to create bonds so they aren’t sad and can still have such a great time until mom and dad get back!
The most important part about being a nanny...
Kids are so funny and while I might not have one specific memory I love when they laugh and are just overall happy, or when even dealing with other emotions I love being able to talk these emotions out with them and give them a better understanding of their emotions or how to express/deal with the big emotions they feel.
