Looking into nannying! I currently work in a day care and will be moving. I am considering nannying instead of looking for another daycare center. I’ve worked with ages ranging from 6 weeks to 15 years throughout my time working with children (about 6 years). My preferred age is infants, but I of course would stay with the family even as the kiddo ages. I have a huge passion for ECE. I believe in the importance of nurturing children’s self esteem to help them grow up confident in themselves and their abilities, and to understand their emotions and be able to healthily communicate their needs.
