That the parent and child both feel safe and secure with me. I want the parents to know that I will care for there child as if they were my own, and I want the child to feel comfortable and happy. I like to make a difference and help, nannying is a great way to do this. I work at a preschool, but you are not able to get to know the child or family as well on a personal level.
