More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
Relevant experience where I also cared for children includes babysitting for the past two years and working at the Willoughby Summer Day Camp for three summers. Through these experiences, I have worked with children of different ages, supervised groups, planned activities, helped with daily routines, and created a safe, fun, and supportive environment for kids.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Activities I enjoy doing with children include arts and crafts, playing outside, going on walks, reading books, playing games, and coming up with fun creative activities. I also enjoy helping with learning activities and keeping kids engaged in ways that are both fun and educational.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I think the most important part about being a nanny is creating a safe, supportive, and positive environment where children feel comfortable being themselves. Building trust with both the children and the family is so important to me. I want kids to feel cared for, encouraged, and understood, while parents feel confident knowing their children are in good hands.
My experience with special needs children...
My experience with special needs children mainly comes from my coursework as an Early Childhood Education major at the University of Dayton. Through my classes and field experiences, I have learned about creating supportive and inclusive environments for children with different learning and developmental needs. I have also gained experience understanding the importance of patience, communication, flexibility, and meeting each child where they are.
The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite nannying moments was when one of the girls I babysat was asked to name her family members, and she included me in her list. It was such a small moment, but it meant so much to me because it showed how comfortable and connected she felt with me. Moments like that remind me why I love working with kids and building strong relationships with the families I work with.

Live-In Part-Time Nanny Available in Willoughby, OH: DeMya C.
My name is DeMya and I’m 22. I might be very young for my age but I’ve had 12 years of expedience working with kids. Growing up I have had a very mature mindset, and I always knew what I love to do, and that was taking care of other people, so I would ask my old babysitter if I can help with the kids because I learned at a young age even being a child I like helping. The more I got older I wanted to take care of kids/teens. I would always let my hem know, show and teach them their full potential and how that they can become anything they want as long as you believe and put your kids to it.

Live-In Part-Time Child Care Provider Available in Willoughby, OH: Bella H.
Hi! My name’s Bella, and caring for kids has always been second nature to me. I grew up in a big family that’s constantly welcoming new little ones, so I’ve spent my whole life surrounded by laughter, learning, and sticky fingers. I genuinely love being part of a child’s growth, whether that means helping with homework, creative play, or just being a positive and dependable presence. I’m currently in college pursuing my EMT certification and studying real estate, so I’ve learned how to stay calm under pressure, I’m organized, and adaptable. I bring that same energy and reliability into childcare, along with a whole lot of heart. I would love to help you out!

I love kids and grew up the oldest of 4 kids as well as numerous cousins. Although I do not have “experience” as in paid experience, I have always been around kids and babies. I now have 4 nieces/nephews that I was around on a regular basis up until recently when they moved to a new city.
