More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
Having grown up as one of six children and cared for my nieces and nephews from a young age, I’ve always felt at ease around little ones. During college, I nannied for three energetic girls, developing a close relationship with their family that continues to this day—I’ve attended their school events and even joined them on a recent trip to Boston to assist their mom. Currently, I live in a home daycare environment run by my mother, which has only strengthened my childcare experience.
In addition to my hands-on background, I’m CPR and First Aid certified and have a reliable vehicle, ensuring I can meet your family’s needs with safety and reliability. I’d love to bring my energy and experience to your home and look forward to the opportunity to connect.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Depending on their age, I enjoy dancing and singing together, reading books, painting, and telling jokes to spark their imaginations. I also love active play, whether it’s going for walks, heading to the park, or playing sports outside. Supporting their interests is important to me, and I’m happy to take them to soccer practice, swim lessons, or other activities they enjoy. Cooking together and watching movies are also great ways to connect and create a warm, fun environment.
The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part of being a nanny is understanding the value and significance of your role in a child’s life. Children don’t see the job as a set of tasks—they see you as a trusted friend, a protector, and someone who genuinely cares for them when their parents can’t be present. Building that trust and creating a safe, loving environment where they can grow emotionally, socially, and intellectually is a tremendous responsibility and privilege.
It’s about showing patience, empathy, and understanding, even on the toughest days, and finding ways to connect with each child in a way that makes them feel uniquely valued. Whether it’s teaching them something new, helping them navigate challenges, or simply sharing moments of joy, the impact you have on their life is lasting. Being a nanny means taking this responsibility seriously, while also embracing the playfulness, curiosity, and wonder that make childhood so special.

The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moment is so incredibly difficult to choose because I truly value being a part of children's lives and watching them grow up. I've seen how their dance classes turned into the most wonderful Nutcracker ballet performances, and I sit in my seat beaming with joy. I also just love watching the sunset and playing outside together, listening to music, or showing them a childhood movie I hadn't seen for over a decade—it’s like I’m watching it for the first time. I've done bedtime duties, and telling them stories from my own imagination, I’ll admit, keeps them up later because they want to hear more. But my favorite memories are probably when they run to me and hug me every time they see me because we are both so excited to be back together. I feel incredibly loved, and that is my mission to ensure they feel the same way.
