I used to work in a large daycare and I’ve also babysat for about 10 different families and I’ve babysat 4 kids at the same time. I’ve watched kids from newborn to 12 years.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I enjoy time outside like at the park or going on walks and also love playing inside with puzzles and I love a good kids movie

The most important part about being a nanny...

Making sure kids are getting enough 1 on 1 time for development and also making sure they are getting enough social time for when they start school. I love teaching kids new things and problem solving skills. I’m big on talking about how you feel instead of expressing it through actions, when a kid has a bad reaction to something that happened I sit down with them and have them explain why they feel what they feel and ask if there is anything I can do for them

I’ve babysat for a family who’s baby had health and special needs and also grew up with a cousin with special needs

My most favorite moments of nannying is the hugs and kisses I get as soon as I walk in the door and being able to be there for so many of my kids “first”
