I’ve had the privilege of being a nanny for 9 years now! My passion for working with children stems from my previous babysitting roles, where I discovered the joy of making a positive impact on young lives and watching them grow into themselves while being able to provide additional support to families.

Those who know me would say that I'm a bubbly, friendly, and patient person, which allows me to connect with children of all ages. I am an artist in my free time so l love all things creative and crafty! I love doing activities with kids to help them explore their interests and foster new passions. I also enjoy spending time outdoors, encouraging kids to explore & have fun in an exciting and safe environment. More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have been a nanny for three families consistently, one for 9 years, another for 8, and another for 4. As the kids have gotten older and less hours are needed, I’ve had to start looking elsewhere for a new family to hop on board with!

I was an elementary school Art Enrichment Teacher for two years and ran an afterschool program where I would teach them artistic skills and guide the students through engaging crafts!

I am currently a middle school youth group leader at my church where I lead lessons, Bible studies, and foster connections amongst the kids.

I taught an 8 week art class for a homeschool group last year, kids aged 13-15.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love all things crafty! Anything artistic from painting to play doh is my jam! In addition, I love singing and shows so putting on performances, creating dances, dressing up. I also love being outside, so biking, going to the park, and while I’m not great at sports, I do love tossing a ball around, ice skating, and other things that get them out of the house!

The most important part about being a nanny...

Providing a safe, caring, and supportive environment where children feel secure and can grow. Building trust with both the children and their families is essential, along with understanding each child's unique needs and helping them develop emotionally, socially, and intellectually.

My experience with special needs children...

I have 8 years of experience with a family where 2/3 of the kids are on the autism spectrum. Through this I have learned how to navigate emotional regulation, social situations, hygiene, and really everything that comes along with helping a neurodivergent child!

The most important part about being a nanny...

Going to their events! Whether it’s a school concert, soccer game, or birthday party, it’s always an honor when a kid wants you to come! I also love seeing them in their element with all their friends and putting a face to all the names they tell me about.
