Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
During high school, I opened and ran my own dance studio in my small town back home. I worked with full classes of younger children for two years. I loved building up their confidence to help them shine on stage! I also hosted week long art camps in the summer with various arts and crafts activities for the kids to do.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Lots of arts and crafts! I love to create with kids (and clean up the mess after haha!) Anything outdoors, hiking, swimming, biking, going to the park. Reading, playing with toys, dressing up…just about anything!

I have two siblings with special needs who I constantly care for. I have a little sister with Down syndrome and a brother who is non verbal with very severe autism. I feel very confident working with kids with special needs and love them dearly!!
