To me, the most important part of being a nanny is helping a mother out and giving parents the break they truly deserve. It’s about stepping in with care and respect, while preserving the child’s routine and providing a safe, loving environment. Being a steady, supportive presence allows the whole family to feel rested and cared for, which makes all the difference.

While I have not yet had the opportunity to work directly with children who have special needs, I am eager to learn and committed to providing patient, compassionate care to every child. I understand the importance of individualized attention and would welcome any training or guidance to better support families with unique needs.
