Hi! Im Ms Erica. I've been teaching for over 16 years and absolutely love what I do. I am a teacher turned Professional Nanny. I have my Child Development Associates (CDA) from the Early childhood council of recognition and a degree in Early Childhood Education. I am a certified trauma informed Coach, a certified professional development specialist and a positive parental counselor. I am currently in training to become a certified Newborn care specialist too! I have extensive knowledge in special needs, preemies, Montessori, lesson planning, kindergarten readiness and learning through play. I enjoy arts and crafts, reading and music. I am First aid, communicable disease, child abuse, and CPR certified. I enjoy minimum screen time and exploration. I am family oriented and very festive when it comes to holidays and special days.
