"Erika watched my two sons (1 year old and 4 year old). She was wonderful with both of them. She would take them to the park to meet up with their friends and to our backyard. My four year old adored her and all the facts she would tell him. He was so excited for her to come each day. They drew together, read books together, played duplos, etc. My one year old loved her as well and she was great at calming him down when I would leave the room. I only needed a few weeks of help, or I would definitely have kept working with Erika! She was always on time and made it so much easier to get my work done without worrying about my little ones."
