The most important part about being a nanny...
I think the most important part is connecting with the child/children you care for. Making it a safe space to make mistakes, talk about their feelings, ask for what they need, etc is so important to me. I enjoy when they finally come out of their shell and are able to be themselves around me.

I have cared for children on the Autism Spectrum, specifically Non-Verbal. And children with down syndrome.
