A little bit about me

Hello families! My name is Erin and I’m a rising senior at the University of Rhode Island studying education. My hope is to one day be a high school English teacher! My love for both reading and working with youth has inspired me to pursue this career path. I also absolutely love spending time outside, being around my family, trying new things, and doing anything creative! This summer, I am looking for a nanny position. I have been working with children my entire life. I’ve worked with many families for private childcare, and I also work as a substitute teacher in Rhode Island where I go to school. My favorite part about working in childcare is watching the children learn new things and the funny moments when you get to just laugh with them! It’s a really rewarding aspect of witnessing the work you’ve put in to create a strong bond pay off. I could not be more excited to begin this journey!
