I have plenty but the ones that get me through the day and keeps me going was a beautiful patient I see every 6 months for her cleaning she has autistic needs and open till the very first day we met. It was challenging, but at the end I got rewarded with a new friend and someone who looks up to me and thanks me for always taking proper care for her .
