I grew up doing girl scouts and spent some time being a mentor and counselor for younger scouts. Throughout my high school years, I did many volunteer activities with kids and spent lots of time throughout the week tutoring elementary and middle schoolers! I had the opportunity to go on a medical volunteer trip to the Philippines and got to spend two weeks helping so many amazing kids.
