Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

Some relevant experience that I have and had was babysitting all my cousins and friends’ siblings and then later their own kids. Later started volunteering for VBS as a leader to children from ages 4-5, then moved on to being a Sunday school helper for 3 years. And currently, I started working as a teacher aide for a private preschool and had a baby brother that I look after now! (:

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Some indoor activities I enjoy doing with kids are arts and crafts, baking or creating fun snack experiments, building forts, and singing with them. For outdoor fun, I like taking them to the park, playing sports, going on nature walks, and having picnics. Mixing indoor and outdoor activities keeps things exciting and engaging for the kids!

The most important part about being a nanny is ensuring the safety and well-being of the children in your care. This includes creating a nurturing and supportive environment where they feel loved and secure. Additionally, being patient, reliable, and consistent helps build trust and a strong bond with the kids. It's also important to engage them in activities that promote their development, both mentally and physically. Ultimately, being a positive and caring role model is key to making a lasting, positive impact on their lives.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One funny and memorable moment I had with the kids I was babysitting was during a rainy day. We decided to build a giant fort in the living room using blankets and pillows. Once it was done, we all crawled inside and pretended we were explorers on a big adventure. Suddenly, one of the kids declared that the fort was under attack by imaginary monsters, and we all had to defend it using our "magic powers." We ended up laughing so hard at our silly pretend play that we almost knocked the fort down! It was such a sweet and fun moment that I’ll always remember.
