I have extensive hands-on experience caring for children of all ages. I’ve babysat most of my nieces since they were newborns, from the oldest, who is now 12, to the youngest, who is just 1 month old. Throughout high school, I also gained valuable experience babysitting for friends, family, and family friends, which allowed me to develop patience, creativity, and a deep understanding of children’s needs at every stage.

Being a nanny is the most important thing to me because I truly understand how much childhood shapes a person’s life. Growing up with a less-than-ideal early childhood, I’ve seen firsthand how the little moments—love, respect, guidance, and encouragement—make a lifelong impact. Children deserve to be valued, nurtured, and taught in ways that help them grow into confident, kind, and capable individuals. At the same time, I recognize that parents also deserve support. Having a caring, observant presence in their child’s life can not only provide extra care and attention, but also offer insight and perspective in a respectful way, strengthening the parent-child relationship and giving families peace of mind knowing their child is thriving.

I have experience working with children with special needs, including autism and Down syndrome. Autism runs in my family, which has given me a deep understanding and appreciation for the unique ways each child experiences the world. I am committed to creating an inclusive, supportive environment that honors every child’s individuality, helping them grow, learn, and thrive in ways that suit their needs and celebrate their uniqueness.

It’s hard to pick just one favorite moment as a nanny, because truly, every moment is special. Being able to be part of a child’s life—watching them face challenges, learn new skills, and bloom into their unique selves—is an incredible blessing. Whether it’s a small victory, a silly laugh, or a quiet moment of connection, I cherish the opportunity to support their growth and development. Even if my time with a child is short, being able to nurture, guide, and celebrate who they are becoming is a gift I never take for granted.
