Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
From working as a co-preschool teacher, infant room, to volunteering at church with the kiddos since I was 12. I also have a little sister and have raised her since she was born. My husband and I volunteer with a local foster care non profit which includes mentoring kids ages 6-17+ all throughout the year.

The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part about being a nanny is the safety of the children. Second to that, is nannying in the way the parents want. I completely understand how hard it is to leave your baby with someone else in fear of missing out on teaching them certain things, or missing a milestone. I love to work hand in hand with the parents as well as sending videos and pictures of the kids learning or doing everyday tasks!

The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moment is the carefree moments outside, exploring nature, away from the TV and electronics, using our imagination, creating pillow forts, the floor is lava, or even singing in the car or mini dance parties in the living room! I also love seeing them learn something new and encouraging them to try new things!
