Hello! I'm Faith, I have a passion for children and fostering kindness and a strong sense of self within them, I love hands on play and making up games/activity kits to use! I have three years of professional childcare work, but have been taking care of my younger siblings and church children for many more years - I've worked with both neurotypical and neurodivergent children, as well as up to a 13:1 ratio, so more than one child would not be any issue! I love bringing joy to every child I meet, as well as connecting well with parents!

The most important part about being a nanny...

Attentiveness. Really getting to know the family, child(ren), parent(s), even pets, if any. Learning what works for the family and adhearing to it. As well as strong organizational skills and time management!

My experience with special needs children...

I've cared for quite a few children with special needs, falling on different parts of the Autism Spectrum, I've done as much as helping with sensory overload, daiper changes for children who aren't potty trained, and general care like snack, meals, and normal babysitting!

The most important part about being a nanny...

I don't have any yet! But my favorite moment with children so far is seeing them so excited about coming to daycare/school because they know they'll have a great time with friends and teachers.
