Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I was an afterschool program director in a small town in Washington for a year watching over 25 or more elementary school kids at a time. My other roles consist of a full time nanny back in Texas for a wonderful 8 month old baby girl and even going on family trips in different states. From time to time ive baby sat kids of all ages. About 2 years ago i was a part of a middle school and high school youth group considering my goal in life is to be a childrens pastor it only made sense to get as involved as i can with my church and be a good example to our next generation!
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love getting outside on beautiful days and walk or play at the play ground. Vitamin D is so good for kids. Me and my 8 month old son love to go on walks...unfortunately the weather has stopped us from exploring outdoors.

I believe the most important part is the safety and trust between child, parent and caretaker. Building a true bond and understanding the child to their full extent.

The only real experience i have with special needs is in my own family loop. From time to time ive helped with my cousin.

My sweet 8 month old baby girl i nannied felt so safe at night that she slept in my bed directly on me and slept with me the whole night. That was right before i had my own son and i truly cherish that moment even now because it felt like i was already a mother.
