I nannied for a year for a family until their children went to daycare. I am currently a toddler teacher at a local daycare. I volunteered and babysat all my life, and have been a teacher and floater at a daycare in Seattle for over three years. I like to commit to the children I’m with and like to stay with them as long as possible!
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I like to meet the child and have a couple different plans to meet their needs and keep them engaged. After seeing their interest I plan activities and outings (with family permission of course!) to expand their knowledge and skills in what they enjoy.

When I was a nanny I had a two year old who answered the door for me every morning and before Dad would unlock the door I could hear her screaming my name and when it opened she would be running, screaming, and jumping waiting for a hug. It became our morning routine and she’d ask what I’m drinking and ask to help carry it over to the table
