The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important part about being a nanny is giving the parents a sense of comfort. For me it’s the love and connection you have with that child to create a bond to build lasting moments. It’s so important to find a nice caring nanny to be there for the kids when parents are out at work. It’s important to give the parents comfort and knowing that I can do that for my nanny kids is really amazing.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I have many favorite nanny moment but the one that stands out best is when I held baby Layla (not her real name) for the 1st time. She was so tiny.
