hi there! My name is Fernanda. I am new to nanny Lane however, I am not new to babysitting. I love taking care of babies and kids, especially under the age of 10 years old as I believe those are the most important years of nurturing and learning I have over 10 years of childcare experience. During middle school in high school, I balanced my free time with babysitting and enjoyed it. volunteered at a summer camp called LACC. I WORKED WITH MULTIPLE KIDS AT ONCE, WHERE WE WOULD DO MANY ACTIVITIES TOGETHER, AND AS WELL TO GET TO KNOW THEM.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I enjoy tons of activities with children. I enjoy reading to them watching movies TV shows making snacks with them as well as going outside taking a walk playing soccer or honestly any hobby they are interested in. I will always partake as I know how important it is to take interest in anything they are interested in. I also enjoy playing video games with them as nowadays a lot of children have tablets or phones with them but also try to get them off of it as much as I can so we can activities as going outside.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I definitely feel the most important part about being a nanny is the interaction with the children because a little bit of attention can go such a long way because they know that someone is there for them and listening to them, knowing that you have somebody to take care of you. Being the role model for them as an older sibling in a way but also have that trust with them and the parent.
