I am a seasoned proud single mother of 4 with my oldest being only 16 younger than I at 52...I have 5 grands which I am very involved with and is how I gained my first nickname "Classroom Gigi" while visiting their former daycare often. I am a youth mentor working with youth of all ages in the community. I lead a youth community volunteer group of children comprised of about 7 youths...I have self fostered many as my own based on their needs because I will take in anyone's child that is less fortunate

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I very much so enjoy nature...I love to learn and teach about our environment and how our environment and and is affected...Wildlife is amazing!!! I love doing arts and crafts...I love taking a stroll or two and maybe a play in the park...I love to let the little ones help just a little in the kitchen while baking or such...

The most important part of being a nanny is being a positive role model and teacher while keeping everyone safe....

My experience with special needs children...

I provide care for my honorary granddaughter/grandson that has autism. I spend much time with the two. The grandson since birth... granddaughter for the last 2 years...My experience is that you must have patience and understanding while dealing the two...You must be an special type of empathetic individual to be able to visualize anything close to their disabilities...

The most important part about being a nanny...

Babysitting at 51 years olds showing my grandkids how to stand on their heads!!! Knowing I have never even had this much fun with my own 5 gals!!! My Gals were a bit jealous!!! 😂😭 😂
