My favorite nanny moment was helping the kids with their homework and watching them grow more confident over time. At first, they needed a lot of support, but little by little they started understanding things on their own. It was really rewarding to see them go from asking for help to completing their work independently and feeling proud of themselves. Moments like that made me feel like I was making a real difference.
