I have been a full time nanny for a little boy(age 1-2.5) for 1.5 years 40-60 hours/week. I’ve also been full time with a baby starting at 6 weeks, experienced with reflux and sensitive tummies.

I think it’s most important to nurture a child, make them feel safe(actually keep them safe), and support them. Being enthusiastic about a child’s interest’s goes a long way. I want to inspire children and help them to believe in themselves.
