I have previous experience as a nanny for a 3 month old, 11 month old, and 2 year old. I worked at a daycare with children ranging from ages 0-12. I was a lifeguard in high school. I worked at WVU Medicine Children’s in the NICU, so I have some medical related experience with infants. I have 7 years of babysitting experience for multiple families.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love being active and interacting with the children I care for, so a fun indoor activity I enjoy doing is arts and crafts. This also gives me the opportunity to teach the kids things like colors, animals, and numbers (depending on age). I also think it’s very important to be outdoors when possible and include things like going on a walk, playing with bubbles, or teaching them about different things in nature.

I think the most important part about being a nanny is interacting with the kids. A nanny plays a crucial role in children's lives so it’s important to teach them and help them learn, as well as playing with them rather than having them play on their own and not paying attention. It is important for a nanny to act as another parent while the actual parents are working hard to support their family.
