I worked as an after-school program teacher with STAR Education, leading educational activities and providing homework help for students. At the Boys & Girls Club, I served as a Youth Development Professional, mentoring children in leadership, teamwork, and healthy living. I also helped organize and run a private summer camp, planning daily activities and supervising multiple children at once.

Each of these roles strengthened my skills in child development, safety, organization, and building meaningful connections with the kids and their families.

My favorite nanny moment was when a toddler I cared for said my name for the first time and ran to hug me. It was such a small but meaningful moment that showed the bond we had built, and it reminded me why I love what I do.
