"I was paying her to babysit a two year-old little boy while I was working part-time.
She did a great job. She made sure that he was safe and that he was fed. She put him down for naps. She did diaper changes all that stuff. Of course she was not old enough to drive at that time so I don’t have any reference on that part of it. I do know that for her age at that time she was responsible, trustworthy and I knew she would do a great job.
I also know that she currently has three younger siblings at home ages 1, 6 and 8 and she watches them quite often as well."

I am an older sister and I have cared for kids since I was little. I have been a nonstop caregiver to my younger brother. My mom and dad weren’t there when he was born and at ten years old I started taking care of him. I have been taking care of him since and he is almost 7 now. I also have experience taking care of other kids in my family and babysitting for family friends.
