A little bit about me

Hi, my name is Miss Gretchen and I am a Montessori Preschool teacher. I am currently working to start a new school and I am waiting to find the perfect location. Until then I would love to work with a family who has young children. I would fill their days with love, fun, and activities. I can take them on adventures like parks, the library and other local museums. I can easily bring along materials and do Montessori lessons with them. Montessori is great from infant and up. I use gentle parenting along with Montessori re-directing unwanted behaviors. I worked and taught at a Montessori School in Cedar Falls for over 15 years. My daughters attend the preschool I worked at and they are now 16yrs and 17yrs old. I live in Cedar Falls with my husband and two girls. I have a reliable safe car and can fit two toddler seats and 1 booster in the back.
I am looking for a part time job working with children because that is what I love.
