Hi! My name is Hailee I am 18 years old. I am the youngest kid out of 14 so with them having kids of their own I have starting watch kids at a very young age. I have had multiple babysitting jobs in the past of multiple different ages. I have worked with kids/adults with special needs, so I am aware in that department. I am very active, creative, loyal, and adventurous. I love going out and doing things. I am a giver, so I like to get people things and do favors/chores to help others out. I love animals, I have plenty of my own! I am very responsible and mature for my age. I’m someone who shows up on time, follows through on tasks, and keeps things running smoothly, even in challenging situations. I'm a very calm person and can communicate clearly. I also pick up new processes fast and adapt easily to changes, which helps me get up to speed quickly in any role.

I have watched all my nieces and nephews since they were newborns and the oldest is 10 years old. I have also had multiple babysitting jobs since I was 13 years old.

shopping, playground, going on walks, arts and crafts, board games, swimming, reading, coloring, storytelling, going on adventures, seasonal events, etc...

The most important part about being a nanny...

The thing that matters most about being a nanny is realizing the responsibility you have and fulfilling that job. Also being able to keep the little ones happy, healthy, and loved. Growing a relationship with the family and the child you are watching is very important because then you gain their trust.

My experience with special needs children...

My nephew has DeGeorge's disease, ADHD, and autism. I lived with him and took care of him for a while. I also worked at Saratoga Bridges Day Hab which is taking care of older people with special needs.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite Nannying moments have been every time I walked in the door and the kids LOVE seeing me and every time I leave, they can't wait till I come back. I also love when I grow a good relationship with the kids and the entire family because then it feels like a safe place for them and me and I'm like a part of the family.
