Hi! My name is Hailey and I’m a college student who studies child development. Some of my favorite things include being outdoors, music, and good food! I also love dogs! I love working with children . I have worked with kids for many years in many different ways. I think it’s very important to be a big light in a child’s life and help them grow in any way possible. I bring that into my work every single day hoping to do anything to help a child and their family. I am CPR certified and have taken many child development classes at my local community college. Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

Throughout high school I was a child care leader at an after school program where I worked with elementary aged students. I also was a nanny for a 7 year old and a 5 month old for about a year. I also have worked at a local Montessori school as an assistant teacher helping ages 4 months old all the way to 3rd grade. I also volunteer as a preschool and toddler teacher at my church and I’ve been doing that for about 6 years. Lastly, I have experience babysitting for many family friends as well as dog and house sitting. I have some child development units and CPR certification.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love taking children to the park and playing with them. I also think it’s fun to play sports and games outside. Inside activities can inside board games and crafts or just spontaneous play time.
