My experience with special needs children...
I don't have a bunch of experience but there are a couple instances where I would watch or help out with special
needs children. One was a couple from church had a son son who was autistic, I would go over there and watch them 3-4 times a week for a couple hours. I also have a couple cousins who have special needs who would love when I would watch them. On highschool one of the special education teachers came up and asked if I would be willing to come help in her classroom because she was really impressed with how I interacted with the kids in her class and how happy they would get when they would see me.

The most important part about being a nanny...
Honestly I couldn't choose one I love being able to watch as the children I watch grow up. I have one kid I started watching in 2013 who still calls and messages me to let me know how they've been and let me know how they are doing in school and how their family have been. And a couple of the other parents will call or message me asking if I would want to come see them after the kids got out of school or when I wasn't busy. It makes my heart melt knowing I can make a good and special imprint on people's lives and held and teach children of the next generation
