Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I started out doing free lance babysitting for friends and family by word of mouth and I started doing that when I was about 13 and had prior experience watching my siblings. I started professional child care while I was a junior in high school I got my first job at the Bremerton Boys and Girls Club which was a paid internship. I worked with grades k-6th during my time there. Once I turned 18 I completed necessary trainings and became a toddler teacher at a daycare and mostly worked with transitioning 12 month olds and 1 year olds. As I gained experience I found a position at a learning center and was hired on as a Pre-k teacher. While I was there I worked with all the ages, ranging from 1-5.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I enjoy art projects, reading books, nutrition, science projects, music, nature science, nature arts and crafts, and playing outside.
