A little bit about me

Hey! I am Hailey I am currently a full-time college student, who is earning her BA in Worship Arts. I can do about almost anytime throughout the day and night, since my classes are able to be taken online. I have worked in daycares and Sunday services before from around the age of 12 to now, and I am currently on the way of being a children pastor in the church I am currently in as well as the worship pastor. I do not have a car currently at the moment, but I am working on that. Since I am studying music currently if your little ones would like to learn I wouldn't mind teaching them or helping if they are already in lessons. I will help with homework, and I am just fine taking care of infants. I will take care of all ages though! So excited! Take care!

The most important part about being a nanny...

Making sure the kids are safe, but having fun. I understand parents having to work multiple jobs or needing a break every once in a while, I totally understand. When I was younger I did online school due to anxiety, and my parents would be at work during the day so I was always alone. I would work for free just so they didn't feel like I was when I was a kid. I also want the kids to feel heard.

My experience with special needs children...

I have a little experience with working with special need children, due to my older brother being autistic. I have also helped take care of my cousin who has down syndrome and a couple of church kids that I know :)

The most important part about being a nanny...

Is just hearing children laugh and having a good time, I always like to make things a game especially when I know they might not have the attention on one thing for too long, mainly for the little ones, such as one time we we're grocery shopping, I had made it a game to see who could spot the item first. (they were not allowed to wander off of course and they were always in my site, never loud.) I love watching the kids make crafts and the proudness the feel when showing me their complete work of art.
