I love trying to create music with the kids I’m around, practicing meditation and soothing practices that help parents even when physical help isn’t present, having regular “engaging” conversations with children even if they haven’t learned to talk (i believe it helps them speak quicker and clearer), and dancing is another activity I enjoy having kids partake in because not only does it get them moving they get to move however and express themselves to music!!
