A little bit about me

I Have been caring for young children for about 10 yrs. I have experience with special needs kids as well as babies under 3 months. I have worked in a school setting (1st grade). I have also worked with kids ages 3. 5-5 developing lesson plans and activities. I am advanced CPR and first aid certified for 8 years now. I am an animal lover. I believe it is very important for me to gain and keep that trust and family-like relationship. I enjoy doing arts and crafts, playing games, etc. I know basic American Sign Language (ASL) but am working on re-teaching myself the entire language. I love sharing my knowledge of this language with anyone who wants to learn. I believe that it is a very important language since a lot of children and adults are deaf or hard of hearing.
