The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite childcare moments is when I was home from college and I saw a non-verbal young boy I used to care for when he was in preschool. He was in first grade at the time and when he saw me, he remembered me and said "Hi, Miss Bergmann!"

When I saw I got teary-eyed! It was so hard not to cry. I had heard he was no longer non-verbal, but he said a full sentence! It was one of the most rewarding and memorable moments I have in my almost decade of childcare experience.
