My name is Hanna and I just moved to abilene with my husband in January of 2025. I have years of experience working with kids and infants and have aspirations of one day becoming a doula. While not a mother yet, I hope to be one day and have found the most memorable moments in life to be spending time with loved ones, friends, and their families. More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have provided childcare throughout my life—from my teenage years to now as a 31-year-old—caring for infants and young children (newborn to age 5). This includes approximately eight months as a full-time nanny to a newborn, where I supported many aspects of early development.

I have experience caring for both only children and siblings of varying ages, adapting to different family dynamics and routines.

Additionally, for approximately one year, I provided part/full time attentive care to multiple families through Care.com, for children ranging from 6 months to 5 years old.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love spending time with children doing creative and hands-on activities. Some of my favorite things to do include coloring, arts and crafts, reading together, and exploring outside — whether that’s going to the park, taking a walk, or visiting local museums and play spaces.
While I’m not the most imaginative when it comes to pretend play like a game of "Knights and dragons", I’m great at supporting independent play and helping children find joy in creative and active experiences.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I think the most important part of being a nanny is creating a safe and comfortable environment where both the child and parents feel at ease. I want kids to feel cared for and free to be themselves, and parents to know I’m doing my best to provide a warm, nurturing space. I try to bring a gentle, fun, and attentive energy to each day.
