More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have years of experience helping in the church nursery, working with children ranging from infants to 3-year-olds. I especially enjoyed working with “walkers” (1-year-olds) and watching them grow in their confidence and independence. My husband served as a children’s pastor for 3 years, and I was the primary caregiver in the nursery, building strong, trusting relationships with the children and supporting their early development.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I enjoy engaging children in activities that spark their creativity and help them develop new skills. Some of my favorite activities include reading interactive books, doing arts and crafts, and exploring outdoor play like nature walks or simple games that promote movement. I also love encouraging imaginative play—whether it’s pretending to cook in a play kitchen or building forts with pillows. For older children, I enjoy introducing simple puzzles or educational games that challenge their minds in fun ways. Ultimately, I love activities that foster confidence, creativity, and joy!
