I have had plenty of hands on experience. I enjoy teaching the littles and helping them grow. I NEVER yell at a child. I may correct them however I explain why and what could happen. I've noticed it works much better for them. I have 13 boys and 1 girl in my class. I have 2 boys that are a bit challenged but they are developing and doing great and love to learn.
