I have volunteered for six consecutive summers as a pre-school and first-grade camp leader. I have also worked within multiple school settings as a teacher's aide, volunteer, and even after-school mentor. Lastly, I have also been a nanny for families who had children ranging in all different age groups for the past six years.

Some of the activities that I like to do with the kids I am watching are going to the park, doing arts and crafts, and even going on walks with them as well.
The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important thing to me about being a nanny is being a good role model while having a fun time with the kids. I always want to make sure that the children are having fun and enjoying the activities we are doing. Along with that, I want to make sure I am always modeling good behavior as this is what they are watching throughout the day.

I have worked with many special needs kids before with helping out with a dance called “Night to Shine” and I have helped in other camps as well.
