More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

Growing up I watched my nieces and a couple of my cousins by myself and then once i got older i started watching family friends kids. Also in 2019 i watched a little boy with down syndrome for a little bit. This may not have to do with children but I volunteer every year for all the North Star events they have.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love to play sports with the children especially soccer and softball. I love board games like Candy Land and Shoots and Ladders. And i may sound like a child when i say this but i love children’s movies especially Disney movies.

The most important part about being a nanny...

is being able to provide care and support for the child. Showing a child you care about them and want to do fun things with them will give them a greater respect for the nanny and create a closer bond.

I’ve cared for children who have down syndrome and autism. I also have taken care of adults with those conditions and schizophrenia

There was one time i was watching this little boy and we were doing arts and crafts and making macaroni art and the little boy thought it was funny to glue a noodle on my back and when i found out he started laughing so hard and then we both broke out in laughter and were chasing each other with noodles
