Having a good relationship with the kids and parents. Making sure everyone is comfortable and happy is very important to me.
My experience with special needs children...
During high school, I worked with the special needs to help them with work study, class work, and keeping up other skill.
Now, I am helping my step son learn in his school work, how to play with other kids, and on his communication. I have been around him for 3 years and he has taught me so much about the world and seeing it through his eyes has been such a blessing.
