A little bit about me

I grew up as the oldest of six kids. I started babysitting at 13 and got my first nanny job at 15. I nannied for multiple families over the course of 7 years. I’ve worked with adopted children, kids in foster care, and children with different abilities. I have a bachelor’s and masters degree in social work. For the past 3 years I’ve worked as the elementary coordinator for a local non-profit. Here I’ve led our after school and summer programs and provided assistance and support to our 40 students and their families. I’ve decided to step away and take a break because of how much is required from me in this role. I’m looking for a full time nanny job where I can invest deeply in the lives of a smaller number of children and take a break from managing and running daily programming for 40 students.
