The most important part about being a nanny...
What matters to me about being a nanny is making sure the children are as pleased and taken care of as they would be if the parent/ parents were home with them. I have a great personality so getting along with younger children has never been an issue. I enjoy getting to know the kids and the things they like to do so we can keep a happy environment.
My experience with special needs children...
I nannied a 3/4 year old girl with Autism. She had the BIGGEST heart and could put a smile on anyone’s face. Getting to work with her of course had it’s challenging moments but it was amazing at the same time. She taught me so many things and being able to have the opportunity really meant a lot to me.
