I’m someone who is reliable, patient, and easy to work with. I have multiple years in the childcare field with strong references from long lasting families I’ve worked for. My background in both nannying and behavioral therapy has really shaped how I show up, I’m attentive, communicative, and consistent.

I’m currently looking for a full-time position, but I’m also open depending on the hourly rate and overall setup (payroll vs. direct pay, schedule, etc.). I’m flexible and willing to find something that works well for both sides.

More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I also have a background in behavioral therapy working with neurodivergent adolescents, where I focused on emotional regulation, and guiding behavior in a supportive and consistent way. That experience has really shaped how I approach childcare with patience, awareness, and an understanding that every child has different needs.

Between both roles I’ve developed strong multitasking skills and the ability to stay calm and attentive in various situations!

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

include reading together, being outdoors, and hands on activities like crafts or simple games that keep them engaged and learning. I like creating a good balance between fun and structure whether that’s going for walks, playing at the park, or doing age appropriate activities that support development.

I also focus a lot on communication and guiding behavior in a positive way, helping kids learn how to express themselves and navigate emotions while still feeling supported :)

The most important part about being a nanny...

to me is showing up consistently and being someone both the child and the parents can genuinely rely on. Kids do best when they feel secure and understood, and I try to be that steady, calm presence for them day to day creating a safe, consistent environment for the family to feel secure. I also think trust is a huge part of it, both with the child and the parents. Being someone a family can rely on, communicate openly with, and feel confident leaving their child with is something I take seriously. I take pride in the references I have from direct families I’ve cared for as building long lasting relationships is something I value in this line of work. I genuinely love this field and the relationships that come with it. I’m a very down to earth person, and I’m looking for a family I can fully invest in. I’m not just watching them, but actually being involved, paying attention, and helping guide them as they grow.

My experience with special needs children...

includes both my work in behavioral therapy and my time as a nanny. I worked closely with neurodivergent adolescents in a therapeutic setting, where I supported emotional regulation, communication, and day to day behavioral challenges.

I also nannied long-term for a family whose son had autism and Down syndrome. That experience meant a lot to me. I built a strong relationship with him over the years and stayed connected with the family even after my time with them ended. I was able to see him graduate high school, which was really special and speaks to the kind of long-term, meaningful connections I value in this work.

Those experiences have taught me how to be adaptable, patient, and truly meet each child where they’re at, while creating a supportive CONSISTENT environment.
